Description
Frank Donnelly joined the Navy in the fall of 1967. He was trained as a radio man. While stationed in Georgia, Donnelly would assist pilots unable to land on aircraft carriers to land at the field. He volunteered to go to Vietnam as part of Naval Advisory Group 42
